    We walked in and purchased lock, stock and barrel, as is. It overlooks a huge oak tree and is a miraculous oasis on one of the busiest intersections in this part of town.     Whether it is a stroll on the promenade in the morning, a trendy lunch or drinks at sunset, this one bedroom holiday apartment on Main Road in Green Point, is sure to bring Cape Town to your door with style, comfort and convenience.

    Bright, airy and comfortable, and with sun and fun in mind, it makes for a convenient central hub from which to have a Cape Town adventure.

    SELF CATERING ACCOMMODATION
    Fully furnished and serviced, 5 The Apartment comes with all modern conveniences. The room is a double and the apartment can sleep a further two people on the comfortable sleeper couch.

    The kitchen is fully equipped to cater to meals and entertaining at home, with a gas hob, extractor and double basin scullery area. The full size bathroom includes a Monroe bath.

    Wi-Fi and satellite television service is included.

    LOCATION
    Despite it's central location, the apartment is quiet and tranquil. You can get great coffee, pizza, sushi, a la carte dining, groceries, an ATM, happy hour, transport and fresh flowers all within 40m of the front door. The world famous Giovannis deli and Italian coffee bar is the first thing that greets you as you leave the apartment.

    The Green Point stadium hosts international concerts and sporting events, and is just across the road. South Africa's most visited tourist attraction, the V&A Waterfront is 10 minutes away by foot.

Situated between the Grace Hotel and the Rosebank Hotel, it has all the amenities of Rosebank literally on the doorstep: world class restaurants, movies and cinema noveau, shopping (The Firs, The Zone & The Mall), banks and bureaux de change, the famous Rosebank Fleamarket (on Sundays), The Rosebank Arts and Curio Market, conferencing facilities, supermarkets, etc. Other nearby tourist attractions is Constitution Hill, the Johannesburg Civic Theatre, Mary Fitzgerald Square, The Market Theatre and the SAB World of Beer.

In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking. A cancellation fee of 50% is payable should a confirmed booking be cancelled. The full cost of the accommodation is payable should a guest fail to arrive or cancel or end the reservation with less than 48 hours notice. Refunds will only be made after payment has been finally cleared by the bank or credit card company.
