The authentic hand-painted Tibetan tanka (embroidered silk painting) featuring a mandala that conjures the cosmos of millennia past. As you sign The Vagabond traveler guest book, glance over your shoulder and imagine the Burmese and Thai marionettes at play

The salotto (living room), warmed by the hand-made nomadic Saharan tapis, features a one-of-a-kind collection of more than 100 Lonely Planet travel guidebooks to the world’s most far-flung destinations. Fellow Vagabonders browse the library, dreaming and planning future expeditions to faraway ports of call. At the top of stair, you find authentic West African oil paintings depicting crowed markets, music making, joyous carnival, and traditional dance. A generous collection of Angolan traditional musical instruments adorn the facing walls and includes Marimba, Batuque, Saxi, and hard to find Kissange, Omakola, Reco Reco.

After a dream-enchanted night, awaken to a delightful morning repast of assorted seasonal berries and melons along with delicious breads and delectable cheeses, served atop a playfully colored Balinese fisherman’s boat — enjoyed by you and your breakfast companions to the aroma of fragrant coffee or expresso.
